Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Polystaq. By accessing or using our service, you agree to be bound by these terms.
By accessing or using Polystaq (polystaq.com, app.polystaq.com), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using Polystaq on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Polystaq provides a visual business process modeling and AI documentation platform. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part of it) at any time, with reasonable notice where practicable.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must promptly notify us of any unauthorized use. Polystaq is not liable for losses caused by unauthorized access to your account.
You agree not to use Polystaq to: violate any applicable law or regulation; infringe the intellectual property rights of others; transmit malicious code or interfere with the service; attempt to gain unauthorized access to Polystaq systems; or resell or sublicense access to the service without our written consent.
You retain ownership of all process maps, documentation, and other content you create in Polystaq. By using the service, you grant Polystaq a limited license to store, display, and process your content solely to provide the service. You are responsible for ensuring your content does not violate applicable laws or third-party rights.
Paid plans are billed in advance for the term you choose — monthly, every 3 months, or annually. All fees are non-refundable except as required by law. If you do not pay fees when due, we may suspend or terminate your access. Prices may change with 30 days' notice or at the start of your next term.
Polystaq and its licensors own all rights in the service, including software, trademarks, and content we create. These terms do not grant you any ownership interest in Polystaq. Feedback or suggestions you provide may be used by Polystaq without compensation to you.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Polystaq's aggregate liability for any claims arising out of or related to these terms or the service is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. In no event will Polystaq be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, and governing law survive termination.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you consent to personal jurisdiction in those courts.
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use of the service after that date constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
